This notice explains how Dave Syder Plumbing & Heating ("we") uses the details you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you fill in the call-back form we collect your name, phone number, address or postcode, the type of job and any details you choose to add. Our web server also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) to keep the site secure and stop spam.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about the job you've asked about, and to quote for and carry out that work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. After we've done a job for you we may send you one message asking for a review. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and sent to our phone as a notification so we can call you back. We use a notification service (ntfy) to deliver it. We don't share it with anyone else unless we're legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep job records for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and gas safety records).
Your rights
